What each display mode looks like on the BUSY Bar.

Normal

Shown when nothing needs attention: the org name (or the configured Dashboard:HeaderText), open counts for rank 1 and rank 2 tickets, and an SLA status line.

If unassigned tickets exist and nothing more urgent does, the third line becomes an unassigned count instead of "SLA: OK".

SLA warning

Shown when tickets are approaching their SLA deadline, with no rank 1, VIP, or already critical condition in play.

If any of those tickets have already breached, the third line switches to a breached count.

Critical

Shown when rank 1 tickets are open, or a VIP customer has an open ticket. Cycles through every relevant page every Dashboard:DisplayCycleSeconds; see Architecture for the full page order.

The trigger page shows the real priority name from the PSA when it supplies one, plus the open count and the org name.

When the provider does not supply a real priority name, it falls back to a generic rank label.

When rank 2 or rank 3 tickets are also open, each tier gets its own page in the cycle.

SLA risk tickets get a page of their own too, even when rank 1 is what triggered critical mode, so a breaching ticket never goes unseen just because something more urgent is also happening.

A VIP customer's open ticket triggers critical mode with its own distinct color and label, not the rank 1 styling, since VIP is a different kind of signal.
